Default Should the UFC have the Yellow Card?

Sorry about posting this again and sorry if this has been covered in the past. I wanted to add a poll. But the yellow card is a stroke of genius. I don't know if this was a Pride invention or if another Japanese venue had created it. It is the perfect way to keep a fight going. Screw taking a away a point... that only works under perfect circumstances.

Anyway it was obviously the Arlovsky/Werdum fight that made me think of this. Decent first round and then they spent the next two like it was the first minute of the fight and they were feeling each other out. Just really irritating to watch. I would watch an hour of lay and pray before shit like this.

Well, let get to my point. Does the NSAC allow something like a yellow card? Can you just garnish a fighter's purse based on lack of action? If they dont care than they need to start doing that shit!
