I'm sorry. I'm going to rant for a bit. I haven't been posting here for all that long. However in my short time here, I have seen the following statements reiterated again and again:

"I don't watch Pride, but...."

- I've heard Wandy and Shogun are worthless without their stomps and soccer kicks
- I've heard they are all on steroids
- Japanese fighters suck
- Diaz will kill Gomi
- Ortiz > Wandy (lol!)
- etc, etc, etc.

Expand your MMA horizons people! How can you be strictly a fan of UFC, Pride, or any other promotion? Its the same damn sport! I never miss a UFC or Pride PPV, and watch as much free MMA as I possibly can, even crappy UFN fight cards where Heath Herring makes an ass of himself. (sorry Heath, I know you were injured)

Its just weird to me how some of you can know about the existence of other MMA organizations without making any effort to partake. its like there is some sort of brand loyalty or something. are you really that simple?
