Default A Fighters Heart by Sam Sheridan

Has anyone read this book before? I just picked it up last week and finished it up today. I'd probably give it about a borderline 4 out of 5. To give a quick summary, the book is about one man's journey literally around the world to satisfy his need to become a fighter. He flies out to Thailand to train at the Fairtex academy for a while, trains in Iowa with MFS, does training with boxer Andre Ward, and studies up on BJJ with Top Team for a bit too.

The thing I like about it is how he tries to study the mind of a fighter and what makes want to gear their life towards combat sports. He describes the environments of the different training camps pretty well, but I wish he would go more in depth with the actual fights he witnessed. He seemed to rush his play by play on the fights and that kind of left me unsatisfied. Good book though. Anyone else read it?
