I don't mind Frank Trigg. He tends to overtalk but does a good job, just my opinion. But the new guy who replaced Mauro was absolutely terrible. You need a man with some bass to his voice, not a high pitched wimpy voice like that new guy had. I could barely stand to listen to him.
From all I have gathered, the Pride U.S. business team is terrible. Their television program on FoxSports is terrible. Can't even listen to the new commentator's wimpy voice. I don't know why Pride is dropping the ball so bad on moving into America. Maybe they will get it straightened out in 2007.
I know that casino guy that was looking at buying Pride, Fishman something, you can tell he is itching to cut Pride's show down to 2 hours or less in order to get the people back out onto the casino floor sooner. The interview I read with him, the guy really creeped me out with what he was saying; it was like he talking about a Blue Man Group show rather than a massive sporting event. I hope he does not get control of Pride.
Pride needs to get it together and fast. No one seems to like the business people based stateside for their U.S. expansion and when people who have been with the company for so long start leaving because the U.S. business people are unbearable, something has to change.
