You want the Fight Request Thread, in the Videos section of this site.
http://forums.mmanews.com/showthread.php?t=2430&page=56 That would be the best place to request fights. As for the link to the fight, depends on which Gracie v. Shamrock you want. There have been more than a couple fights between Gracies and Shamrocks. If you're more specific, it's easier to find stuff. You can also do a search on the site, will give you links to any threads that mention what you're searching for. Good luck.
