Will never happen because of the states athletics commison, only way the UFC would have those rules is if they made there home in another country which i don see happening because ufc's main fanbase is in north america,eventho i would LOVE to see it.
I think the ufc should add two new weight classes, Featherweight and super Heavyweight. FW could be 135-150 and SHW could be like 240-275 or sumthing.
There could be some serious competiton at FW with faber,kid,guillard and posibily kenflo.
SHW would be perfect for tim sylvia an the other big HW's and this means we would probably see a faster more excting HW champ
